Functional Appliance Cases are 3” wide x 2½ ” long x 1½ ” high, slightly larger than our regular retainer cases.They are made of molded plastic with aeration notches in the rear, behind the hinge.  Patient Device Labels included. Manufactured in our facilities in the U.S.A.
