****YOU MUST PLACE AN ORDER FOR A MINIMUM OF 100 CASES BEFORE ANY ARTWORK IS STARTED****

We use a beautiful silver foil and its free! Or, if you prefer black or gold foil we have that too for an additional $.05 each case. 

Steps To Free Imprinting:

Step 1: Place your order for the product you want to have imprinted. 

Step 2: If you want your logo imprinted, email it to artwork@expressdental.com in a jpg. format along with any other information you would like on your imprint. ONLY THOSE LOGO'S RECEIVED WILL BE WORKED ON IF THERE IS AN ORDER.

Step 3: Allow 1-2 weeks to receive your artwork proofs to review and approve. 

Step 4: Review the artwork proofs and if everything looks good, simply approve by replying to the email or give us a call! 800-445-5227. 

Step 5: Allow 4 weeks from initial date for shipment of your order. 

One Time set up fees for your imprinting plate are as follows:

New Plates & Revised Plates for Text Only:    $45.00 (Text only for example can be your office name, ph# & website)

New Plates & Revised Plates for Logo's/Picture of any kind:  $70.00

**Once your plate is made then from there on no more set up fee's, just simply order a minimum of 100 cases for the free imprinting**
