Miracle Band Cement is a glass ionomer cement that inherently releases fluoride. The working time is 4 minutes. It bonds to enamel, reducing washout at the band and enamel margins. The two-paste system makes it extremely easy to mix in a homogeneous mixture. When mixed it has a flow for easy application onto the bands. This cement eliminates the unpleasant taste of zinc-phosphate for greater patient acceptance. This product is a Light Cure glass ionomer.
